Use the password reset option on the sign-in page if you need to set a new MarketingStride password.
Use the password reset option on the sign-in page if you need to set a new MarketingStride password.
Reset your password
- Open the sign-in page.
- Choose the password reset option.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Open the most recent reset email you receive and follow the reset link.
- Set a new password and complete the reset.
Important reset-link behavior
- Use the newest password reset email if you requested more than one.
- A password reset link is intended for one-time use.
- After a reset link is opened and successfully used, reusing that same link may show that the link is invalid or expired.
- If the link does not work or you are not sure which email is the newest, request a fresh password reset email and use that newest link.
Password requirements
Your new password should include:
- at least 12 characters
- one lowercase letter
- one uppercase letter
- one number
- one symbol
If you do not receive the reset email
- Check your spam or promotions folder.
- Confirm you entered the email address connected to your account.
- If the reset message still does not appear after a short wait, contact Support.
If you opened the reset email on a different browser or device
You should complete the reset in the browser where you open the reset email link.
If you try an older link later, or try to reuse a link after it has already been used, MarketingStride may show that the link is invalid or expired. In that case, request a fresh reset email and use the newest link.
Sign-in Method Reminder
Resetting your password will not change which account you use to sign in.
If you originally created the account with Google, you may need to use that same Google sign-in path instead of a password reset.
