Where Do I Download My PDF Report?

Downloadable reports are available from completed evaluation and report surfaces when a PDF report exists for that evaluation.

Quick answer

Open the completed result or report you want to review, then choose **Download Report**, **Generate PDF Report**, or the available report-download action shown on that page.

Reports are tied to the specific evaluation they came from.

MarketingStride does not substitute a different report if the exact report for that evaluation is not available.

If the report opens right away

Some reports are ready immediately.

When that happens, your browser may open a print or save flow so you can save the report as a PDF.

The exact wording may vary by browser, but the goal is the same: save the downloadable report for offline review or distribution.

If the report takes longer to prepare

Some reports include more detail, page-level findings, generated outputs, or before-and-after comparisons.

Those reports can take a little longer to prepare.

You do not need to keep the report page open while MarketingStride prepares it.

You can continue working in your workspace. If the downloadable report takes longer to generate, MarketingStride will notify you when it is ready.

Why a report may not be available

A downloadable report may be unavailable if:

• the evaluation is still running;
• the report has not finished generating;
• that report type is not available for the completed evaluation;
• the exact report artifact could not be found.

When a report is unavailable, MarketingStride should not send you to a different evaluation just to show something else.
