How Long Is Data Retained?

MarketingStride retains different categories of information for different periods of time based on account status and data type.

Retention Periods

• Active account history generally remains available while your account stays active.
• If you cancel renewal, retention clocks begin only after the subscription expires.
• After subscription expiration, customer analytical history is retained for 18 months.
• After subscription expiration, generated artifacts are retained for 6 months.
• After subscription expiration, operational artifacts are retained for 6 months.
• Discovery data is retained for 90 days after purchase unless it becomes part of a qualifying ongoing customer relationship before that period expires.
• Financial and accounting records are generally retained for 7 years, or longer where required by law.
